Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and dewa90 ("dewa90," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dewa90 website located at dewa90.one and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

dewa90 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the dewa90 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use dewa90, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. dewa90 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dewa90 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on dewa90. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from dewa90 or any other gaming platform at the time of registration or use.
• Not a dewa90 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and services on dewa90, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dewa90 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dewa90 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC). dewa90 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

Account Ownership. dewa90 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. dewa90 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposit Terms. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dewa90 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. dewa90 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one to three business days, though processing times may vary. dewa90 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Currency. All transactions on dewa90 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

dewa90 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus Abuse: dewa90 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, collusion, or exploiting technical errors.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification or Withdrawal: dewa90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a player will be honoured.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the dewa90 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all dewa90 games:

• Random Number Generators: All dewa90 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by dewa90 in any way.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, dewa90 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. dewa90 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from a game mid-round, dewa90's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and reflected in your account history.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in dewa90's server logs shall be considered final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa90 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or game manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the dewa90 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dewa90 staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your dewa90 account

Responsible Gaming

dewa90 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in your dewa90 account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your dewa90 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the dewa90 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

Privacy & Data Protection

dewa90 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dewa90 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform 's services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dewa90 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of dewa90 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dewa90 content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dewa90's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dewa90 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dewa90 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Termination & Account Closure

dewa90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may close your dewa90 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

dewa90 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to dewa90's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
